Kelly Rader is founder of Defining Purpose. Defining Purpose was birthed with a two-fold purpose:
- To equip women to identify and move towards fulfilling their calling and unique purpose to be “Difference Makers” in this world
- To equip local church women’s ministries with tools and training to increase their impact within their churches, communities and the world.
Kelly has been involved in Women’s Ministry her entire adult life. Kelly’s experience includes training speakers, organizing conferences and events, writing and facilitating bible studies, leading teams, leadership development, participating in ministry teams, developing curriculum, and speaking to women’s groups across Canada.
Kelly created Mentoring of Mother’s Society, a registered charity focused on parenting, marriage and women’s issues which ran 2000-2010 and grew to have 7 chapters in Canada. Kelly served as Board Chair and Program Director.
Kelly is a Certified Life Coach through Fowler International Academy of Professional Coaching. She served as Pastor of Women’s Ministry at Yarrow Alliance Church 2013-2018. Kelly has a Foundations for Ministry Certificate (Ambrose University), a Provincial Instructor’s Diploma (Adult Education) and a Diploma from Capernwray Bible School. Kelly served as member of the Christian and Missionary Alliance Canadian Pacific District team for 4 years.
